Previously an education center for international cooperation and development (IICD), the improvements were used as 2 classrooms, 4 dormitories, 2 large conference buildings, and a caretaker’s house. The property has spectacular views. Two of the buildings are located in the Upland Conservation District. The Taconic Crest Trail traverses the property along its western edge, and there are thousands of conserved acres of forest that border the property.
